In PEI the flowers are used to blooming in the rain, nice shots, I couldn't believe after 30 days of precipitation my tulips opened yesterday but I think we got 1/2 hour break from the rain.
Spring happens anyway,no matter the weather. Today will be awesome . It's 6:44 and i am about to hang the first load of sheets on the line.
